Parliamentary Advocate Ms Tamara Plămădeală about the domestic violence

Parliamentary Advocate Ms Tamara Plămădeală had a meeting on November 10, 2011 with Ms. Beatriz R. Menanteau  working member of the Program in Women's Rights provided bz the American human rights protection Organization "Advocates for HumanRights"  that in partnership with the Ministry Labourand Social Protection performed a study to monitor the implementation of legislation to combat domestic violence, especially the Republic of Moldova Law on Preventing and combating Domestic Violence No. 45-XVI from 01.03.2007 to develop a detailed report on the situation in preventing and combating domestic violence. Parliamentary Advocate Ms Tamara Plămădeală presented the situation in preventing and combating domestic violence, in terms especially violence against children in the family, reviewed cases addressed to the Centre of Human Rights of Moldova related to violence against children family, analyzed the causes of violence, the difficulties of work with victims of violence, made the presentation of the measures  that were taken to improve the situation in that field.
